Sea Moss is Good for Your Gut

Sea moss might be something new for some of us, it’s not for the coastal communities. The weed contains amazing properties and have been in use for thousands of years. As more and more people are being aware of the amazing health benefits of the weed, it’s becoming popular again. It's a type of red algae and often referred to as Irish moss.

With all that said, sea moss should still be consumed in moderation. Since they also contain iodine so having too much sea moss would not be a good idea. Having too much iodine in your system can have negative impacts on your thyroid.If you’re already suffering from a thyroid disorder orif you’re taking some sort of medication, make sure to talk to your doctor about the consumption of sea moss.
