Recipe ingredients

Sea moss sushi has all of the same components as regular sushi, but the star of the show is the sea moss. Here's a list of the items you'll need:

  • Boiled sushi sticky rice---1 bowl
  • Japanse Mayonese----2 tablespoons
  • Avocado---1 ripe
  • Sea moss parches---Dry
  • cucumber strips
  • smoked salmon

The fun part comes: combining all of your ingredients to form the delectable, colourful sushi.

Lay a sea moss sheet on the sushi mat. Dip your hands in the vinegared water, then pat a 1cm thick layer of rice on top, leaving the furthest edge clean.

  • Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise down the centre of the rice with a spoon.
  • Add your cucumber strips and avocado slices.
  • Add your smoked salon or anything good for your taste buds
  • Roll the sushi matt carefully and roll with it your sushi sea moss sheets so that it's nice and round
  • Now put that in the fridge for a few minutes to make it firm and solid
  • Cut with a sharp knife and enjoy your healthy treat
