- 3/4th cup sugar or natural sweetener
- Five cups of cold water
- Lemon zest (optional)
- Two tablespoons of sea moss gel
Method:
If you desire a stronger lemon taste, consider grating the peel of one lemon and incorporating it into the saucepan for infusion with the sugar and water blend. But don't forget to take it out before serving otherwise the lemonade will taste bitter!
Strawberry and Sea Moss Lemonade

Ingredients:
- Five cups of water
- One cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Twelve tablespoons sea moss gel (half this amount if you’re making it for kids)
Method:
- Blend the strawberries in a high-powered blender.
- Combine one cup of sugar with two cups of water in a saucepan on low/medium heat. Heat until boiling and mix thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved. Then, take the mixture off the heat and allow the syrup to cool.
- Extract the juice from four to six lemons in order to fill one cup.
- Add the syrup, blended strawberries, and lemon juice to a pitcher.
- Mix the sea moss gel with the mixture in the pitcher until it is fully dissolved.
- Increase the amount of water to dilute the lemonade according to your desired taste.
Pineapple and Sea Moss Lemonade
This is another fresh and fruity lemonade that combines the health benefits of sea moss and the tangy punch of pineapple!
Ingredients:
- Four cups of lemonade (store-bought or homemade)
- Two cups of pineapple juice
